Use your Partner ID or referral link under the existing video attribution rules. Your dashboard tracks eligible completed-consultation earnings and the platform settlement actions available to you.
Agree terms with a clinic and complete mutual approval. Patients provide your Partner ID for each eligible clinic booking; completed visits follow that agreement, with settlement handled by the clinic.
Eligible acquisition income follows each new patient's first qualifying paid booking at the clinic you brought. It is not earned repeatedly from the same patient's return visits or from a zero platform-fee booking.
Use your own ID and the available sharing tools so patients and clinics can identify you. Follow the correct method for video attribution, individual clinic visits and clinic acquisition.
Review the three earning streams separately. Platform settlements and private clinic-visit settlements have different payers and eligibility rules; the dashboard helps you track their status.
Use the authorised assisted-registration and booking flow for patients who need help. You can support their appointment journey without being granted access to their private prescriptions or medical records.
Choose Partner, then Create an account. Verify your contact details and complete the requested identity, address and payout information in the registration steps.
Submit for approval and check your dashboard for the outcome. Once approved, use your Partner ID and complete the applicable Partner Agreement step before requesting settlement.
For video, use your eligible referral link/ID. For clinic visits, first agree a deal with that clinic. For clinic acquisition, follow the clinic-registration referral process so the relationship is recorded correctly.
Explain the relevant booking or registration steps. For clinic visits the patient supplies your ID for each booking. If you assist a patient, use the authorised flow and select the correct person and consultation.
Check each earnings section after the qualifying event. Video and clinic-visit earnings follow their completion/agreement rules; acquisition income follows the new patient's first eligible paid booking. Free bookings do not create paid-fee acquisition income.
Use the available platform settlement action for platform-paid earnings. Follow up private clinic-visit amounts with the clinic under your agreement. Keep payout and requested tax details up to date and review the displayed deductions.

Open MedKid Connect, choose Partner and tap “Create an account” (already a partner? tap “Sign in” on the same page). The “Partner with us” link in the footer of every MedKid Care page takes you to the same Partner page. Use a one-time WhatsApp code, Google, or an emailed code. You can also use the main sign-in page; your account opens the correct dashboard.
The form guides you one short screen at a time — your name, contact, payout details (UPI/bank), identity, address — tap “Next” to move on. On the last screen tap “Submit for approval”. Once the team approves you, your Partner ID (e.g. MKC-RF-000123) goes live and ALL THREE earning streams open. Once approved, accept the Partner Agreement from your dashboard (one tick) before requesting your first payout.
On your dashboard, under “Share your links & QR codes”, use the “Patients — video consultation” card: tap “WhatsApp” to send the link, “Copy link” to paste it anywhere, or “QR” to download a code for a card or poster (“Print poster” gives you a ready A4 sheet). When a patient books a VIDEO consultation through your link (or types your Partner ID), you earn the platform's referral share — on that booking and their future video bookings. The “Video share payout” card shows what's due after each completed consultation; tap “Request settlement” and MedKid Connect pays it to your UPI/bank (TDS is deducted where the law requires — add your PAN for the lower rate). Under “Earning statement”, tap “Download statement (Excel)” for a statement of all three streams for your records.
Under “My clinic deals”, tap “Add a clinic”, pick any approved clinic and propose a share — “Flat ₹ per completed visit” or “% of consultation fee” — then tap “Propose to …”. The clinic approves (clinics can also propose to you; you'll see “Approve” / “Reject”). Then, every time a patient types YOUR Partner ID while booking that clinic and the visit is completed, it's counted on both dashboards. Important: the patient must type your ID on EVERY booking (it's never remembered), and you and the clinic settle this money DIRECTLY between yourselves — MedKid Connect only keeps the tally.
Help a clinic join MedKid Connect: send them your “Clinics — register with your Partner ID” link or QR from the dashboard (it opens the “Register your clinic — free” form with your ID already filled in), or have them type your Partner ID in the “MedKid Connect Partner ID” box on that form. From then on, every NEW patient's FIRST paid booking fee at that clinic is credited to you — the full fee. When the same patient books again, that fee stays with the platform. Free or promotional bookings don't earn. MedKid Connect settles this income to you.
For people who can't sign up themselves, tap “Register a patient” — a short step-by-step form (date of birth or age, name, WhatsApp number) ending with “Register patient”; your referral is attached automatically. Back on your dashboard, under “Patients you registered”, tap “Book” next to their name to set up their clinic visit or video consultation; a clinic visit is paid at the clinic, a video consult is paid online. They can sign in later with a WhatsApp code to that number to see everything.
Your dashboard shows all three earnings separately — Marketing income, Video consultation share, and Clinic-visit referrals — plus your total, clinics acquired and new patients. “Edit my details” updates your info; “Sign out” (top-right) when done.
No. Video referrals, clinic-acquisition income and private clinic-visit agreements have different eligibility and settlement rules. Review the relevant dashboard section and your agreement.
Referring or assisting with a booking does not grant access to the patient's private clinical records. Access follows the existing patient and clinical permissions.
No. Earnings need the correct attribution and a qualifying event under the relevant agreement. A registration alone, an ineligible booking or a zero platform-fee acquisition booking does not guarantee income.
For clinic-visit arrangements, the patient provides the Partner ID for each booking. Video referral attribution follows its separate existing rules; do not assume the same attribution applies to every booking type.
