Video consultations are provided by registered medical practitioners in line with India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. They are suitable for many concerns but not for emergencies — for a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital.
A remote consultation cannot fully replace an in-person physical examination. The doctor may advise an in-clinic visit, tests, or referral. Prescriptions are issued at the doctor's professional discretion and within applicable regulations.
Details and any reports you share are used to provide your care and are handled confidentially in line with applicable data-protection law. Prescriptions and records are stored so you can access them later.
The consultation fee is paid at booking to confirm your slot. If the doctor cannot attend or a technical failure prevents the consultation, you are refunded in full automatically. You may reschedule once, free of charge, to any available slot. If you cancel more than 2 hours before your slot you are refunded in full; cancellations within 2 hours of the slot, and no-shows, are not refunded.
