Before booking you confirm you understand this is a teleconsultation with limitations, consent to receiving advice by video, and consent to MedKid Care processing and storing your medical information to provide care.
Fees are paid at booking. Reschedule, cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your prescriptions and consultation records are kept so you can access them. Uploaded reports are removed about 30 days after the consultation.
