Patients book an in-clinic visit with your doctors online — with a fixed serial number and a live queue — so your front desk spends less time on the phone and patients stop crowding the waiting room.

Your own clinic portal

See the day's bookings, walk-ins and live queue, mark arrivals and completions, and broadcast WhatsApp notices (like a holiday closure) to everyone who has booked at your clinic.

Bring your own doctors on board

Add the doctors who consult at your clinic. If they're already on MedKid Connect they just approve your request; if not, they get a WhatsApp invite in your clinic's name. You approve who appears under your clinic.

Branded digital prescriptions

Every consultation at your clinic can issue a clean digital prescription on your clinic's own letterhead (or a premium generated one) — with your logo, registration and details.

Your data stays yours

Your clinic sees only its own patients and bookings — strict per-clinic isolation. Staff sign in with their own WhatsApp numbers, and you (the owner) control who has access.

Team access under your control

Add front-desk staff by WhatsApp number from Clinic Settings — they sign in with a one-time code and land straight in your clinic's portal. Remove access any time.
