What you accept as a MedKid Connect Partner (version 2026-09-v1). Partners never charge patients; every earning comes from the platform's side or from a clinic's own share.
You must be an individual aged 18 or over, or an entity, based in India, and provide accurate identity, PAN and bank/UPI details. MedKid Connect may verify these details and may decline, pause or end a partnership where they are inaccurate or cannot be verified.
You introduce patients and clinics to MedKid Connect honestly, using only your own Partner ID and link. You never charge a patient anything, never give medical advice, never promise outcomes, and never make claims about a doctor or clinic that the doctor or clinic has not made themselves. Marketing messages need the recipient's consent and must comply with Indian law; bulk unsolicited messaging is prohibited.
1) Video referral share: a marketing commission carved out of the platform's own commission on completed, paid video consultations booked through your link or ID; it is never added to the patient's bill. 2) Marketing income: the first paid platform booking fee of each new patient at a clinic that registered with your Partner ID. 3) Clinic-visit deals: private agreements between you and a clinic for a per-visit share, settled directly between you and the clinic; MedKid Connect only keeps the tally. No earning accrues on free, promotional, cancelled, refunded or no-show bookings, and an earning is reversed if the underlying payment is refunded.
Platform-settled earnings are paid on your request to your registered UPI or bank account, after any tax deducted at source under section 194H (a higher rate applies without a valid PAN). You are responsible for your own income tax and, if applicable, GST. Statements for every stream are available from your dashboard.
You see personal data only to the extent you entered it (for example a patient you registered) and only for that purpose. You must not copy, reuse, share or sell any personal data obtained through the platform, and you must comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Report any suspected data incident to the Grievance Officer without delay.
Either party may end this agreement at any time from the dashboard. MedKid Connect may suspend or end a partnership immediately for fraud, misrepresentation, patient complaints or breach of these terms. Legitimately earned amounts are paid out; earnings arising from fraud or breach are forfeited.
You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of MedKid Connect, and you have no authority to bind it. You are responsible for your own conduct and indemnify MedKid Connect against claims arising from your breach. MedKid Connect's aggregate liability to you is limited to the earnings due to you in the preceding three months.
These terms may be updated; you will be asked to accept the new version before requesting further payouts. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
